Summer Short-Term Team Opportunities
Moldova & Hungary - Rezina/Orhei Budapest Team
June 19 - July 14
Goal of Team: Encourage local believers and participate in evangelism and follow up programs, provide programs for evangelism such as: medical care and free medicines to those in need, soccer tournaments and Vacation Bible School. Reach out to youth through youth sports programs.
Lodging: homes in Moldova, conference center in Hungary
sight-seeing excursions in Hungary
Cost - $3,550
Activities
Rezina: assist with the medical clinic, VBS and door-to-door evangelism
Orhei: organize VBS and a soccer tournament through youth sports program, assist with the medical clinic and participate in home evangelism
Budapest: organize VBS and soccer tournament, and engage in prison ministry and door-to-door evangelism
Notes
Deadline for application and $150 deposit: Feb. 1, 2008
Four
training sessions: Feb. 23, 2008, March 29, April 26 and May 31
at Chino Valley Community Church, from 9am -1pm
Intercultural experience at a local Romanian church on June 8
Cost
includes: airfare, transportation, lodging, food, insurance, and
interpreter.
