From Kazakhstan, with LOVE!
By Robin Pearce

If you would have asked me eight years ago, what my passion would be in the future, I would have had no idea. Five years ago, that all changed and the Lord has put a passion in my heart for ministry and evangelism.

I just returned from Russia/Kazakhstan for the sixth time. The purpose of this past trip was to plan for the summer outreach (youth camp, children’s program, seminars, and door-to-door) and to help purchase the building for the church. I never thought I would be a part of a church plant in central Asia working with Russians and Muslims. I am amazed at God’s plan for my life.

The work in Kazakhstan is amazing. I have seen God do miracles right before my eyes. This has increased my faith and trust. I have really learned to earnestly cry out to God and trust him to meet my needs. By working there, my desire to love and serve God has grown more in the last five years than in the last 20 years. I have learned that God can use each of us in a unique and special way.

So my question to you is “What’s your passion?” Maybe your passion is cooking, or babies or troubled teens or knitting or sports or talking. Whatever it is, God can use you in big ways. He wants to take you, right now where you are and lead you to blessings.
